Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel)
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@harrisshop.co.uk

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
